Fear
“It'll be weird. It's been too long. They'll think I only want something.”
Countered by: a room, a countdown, and a protocol that gets your thumb down before your brain catches up.
Season One · Casting open
You already know who you should reach out to. You've known for about a year. This is the gym where you finally do it — live, on camera, with a room of other coaches and consultants watching your thumb hover over Send.
Four minutes to apply. Applying isn't buying — every applicant talks to a human for fifteen minutes first.
Yes, the spandex is ridiculous. That part is on purpose. The work is not: a six-week cohort, two live sessions a week, real outreach sent from inside the room. For coaches and consultants at $150K+.

Roll the tape
Sound off is fine — every word is on the screen. Sound on is more fun.
Four other cuts of the same story — a text thread, a fight card, a Top 10 countdown, and an interactive one — live in the VSL Lab.
The diagnosis
You post. You send the newsletter. You keep the content calendar fed. It costs real effort, so it feels like business development.
It is also the most comfortable possible way to avoid one uncomfortable text message. One-to-many can't reject you. One-to-one can. That's the whole reason you prefer it — and the whole reason it doesn't work as well.
You're not lazy. You're not bad at this. You're avoiding — and it's working.
Tonight's opponents
“It'll be weird. It's been too long. They'll think I only want something.”
Countered by: a room, a countdown, and a protocol that gets your thumb down before your brain catches up.
“I'll do it next week. Things are crazy right now. I'll batch it properly later.”
Countered by: a dated commitment the room witnessed, and someone who asks you on Friday whether it happened.
Every excuse you have ever made is one of these two wearing a costume. Both are beatable. Neither has ever been beaten by another course.
The method
The whole system is a pendulum. It swings twice a week for six weeks, and each swing gets a little smarter than the last.
Tuesday · 75 minutes · The Game Plan
Not theory. You leave with a tactical, dated, specific play the room watched you make.
“I'll reach out to some past clients.”
“Thursday. Dana, Marcus, Priya. This exact message.”
Teaching arrives just-in-time — attached to a live decision, so it sticks.
Thursday · 60 minutes · The Arena
The live reps. Everyone opens their phone at the same time. This is the part nobody else offers.
Proof of send, or it didn't happen.
The room enforces the swing. You can't leave a Game Plan without a dated commitment. You can't leave the Arena without having hit send on something. Next session, the room asks: did it happen?
Your week, in full
And we mean it about the ceiling. Two live sessions plus roughly an hour of reps on your own. When we say three outreaches, we mean three. Not thirty. Burning out is the failure mode we design against hardest.
Season One · the fight card
The arc is a belief chain: who → courage → value → system → ask → gather. Each week installs one habit, teaches one concept, and runs one event. Tap a card for the full brief.
The Creed read aloud. Your Awareness Map baseline. The two opponents named. A mutual commitment contract you answer with COMMIT. Squads assigned. Prize Purse posted.
“If we're standing in the arena one year from now, what are we celebrating?”
You host the gathering you invited people to in Week 6. Photos go in the community. Day 30, everyone comes back for a reunion call: Final Round stories, season totals, and first dibs on Season Two.
The scoreboard
We promise reps, never revenue. You control the swing, not the home run. Here is the swing.
And underneath all of it, the thing you're actually buying: the shift from broadcaster to reacher-outer. From “I know I should” to “it's just what I do on Tuesdays.” Identity changes through repeated action witnessed by others. That is the entire reason the arena exists.
Read aloud on Training Day
The moat
At Training Day you stake an amount you choose. You win it back in proportion to the reps you actually complete. Not a gimmick — the single highest-leverage thing we know of.
Casting, not checkout
The first twenty-five people define what a Gladiator is, forever. So enrollment is a casting call and every applicant gets a fifteen-minute screen.
On your way but not there yet? Talk to us anyway. The hungry, coachable striver has a way of becoming the best case study in the room.
No discounts. Ever. The price is the real gate. It filters out the person who wants information instead of reps — and protects the room for everyone else.
Your coach
Zvi is an extreme introvert who once seriously considered going home every weekend of his freshman year to avoid talking to people. Everything he teaches is something he needed first.
Most coaching stops at instruction — it teaches you to fish and sends you home. Social Gladiators is the other thing: getting in the water with you. Zvi is a '90s kid who wishes he'd had these social skills at the time, and knows the only gap between where he was and where he could've been was awareness plus reps. This is the room he wishes he'd had.
No announcer voice for a minute
Nobody has been through this yet, so there are no testimonials on this page and we're not going to fake any. What we do have is a decade of running these plays with thousands of coaching clients — and a room small enough that you'll shape how Season Two works.
Season One is the proving ground and it's priced like one. We don't expect it to be $1,800 again.
You control the swing, not the home run. Anyone selling you a guaranteed number of deals is selling something we're not. We promise reps, a system you keep, and a room that notices when you skip.
Two live sessions a week plus about an hour on your own. If you can't protect that for six weeks, wait for a season when you can — and we'd genuinely rather you told us that on the screen than dropped out in week three.
You'll say the feeling out loud before you hit send. You'll hold your phone up to a webcam like a trophy. That's not a bug — the mild absurdity is what gets your thumb down before your brain talks you out of it.

Starting dates: announced to applicants first. Get your application in and you'll have them before they're public.
Applying isn't buying. Every applicant gets a 15-minute screen — it's how we protect the room, and how you find out whether this is actually for you.

Four short steps. Then a human reads it, and if it looks like a fit we'll set up your fifteen minutes.
Application received. A human — probably Zvi — reads every one of these. If it looks like a fit, you'll hear from us with a link to book your fifteen minutes.
